P&P and Returns
Free P&P applies to Mainland UK only. Please note that if incorrect P&P method/rate is chosen we reserve the right to charge the customer the correct full amount, in which case we will advise the customer. Or we may cancel the order.
Small Items Most items are sent First Class Royal Mail. Where appropriate items are packed in jiffy envelopes to protect them in the post. Larger Items Larger items are sent by courier - these are usually items weighing more than 2kg, or where multiple items have been bought. Sometimes large items that don't weigh a great deal also need to go via courier. In all cases courier costs for sending items beyond mainland UK are more expensive, so if you live in Northern Ireland, The Isle of Mann, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland or the Channel Islands please contact us first for confirmation. Please try and supply a contact telephone number we can give to couriers - it will often help avoid delays. Recorded Delivery We despatch some orders by First Class Recorded Delivery - these are usually orders above a certain value or when requested by the customer. If you would like your order sent by Recorded Delivery please contact us for a price before paying for your item(s). Courier Service If the courier can not deliver the item because no one is in to sign for it then they should leave a card so delivery can be re-arranged, however if it needs to go to a different address then a £9.50 new delivery charge will apply. Similarly if an item is returned to us from the correct address and needs re-sending the charge will also apply. Lost/Delayed Items Unfortunately sometimes items do get lost. Although rare it is obviously an inconvenience to both us and our customers. If you have not received an item/order within 7 working days of receiving a despatch confirmation email please contact us.
Please be aware that in most instances it will be a case of the item taking longer than usual to be delivered by the Royal Mail. Obviously, it is out of our control in instances where items do take longer to be delivered.
Please note that the Royal Mail do not class items as 'lost' until 15 working days after the item was sent - so please allow time for your order to arrive. In most cases larger items that do not fit through the letterbox are held the the local Post Office or Sorting Office so please check there in the first instance before contacting us.
Returns Policy Non faulty returns are accepted within 7 days as long as items are in an unused re-saleable condition (packaging complete and not damaged). A 10% restocking fee applies. Damaged on Delivery – Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Upon return of goods a replacement will be issued where possible, otherwise your purchase will be refunded in full. Please retain all packaging etc for inspection. In all cases please contact us first before returning any item.
